2020 HIGH SCHOOL GRADUATION AGREEMENT
DEPOSIT: A non-refundable deposit of $75.00 will be required upon registration for the 2020 high school graduation to hold your senior’s place. The remaining balance will be due no later than February 28, 2020. This balance will be determined after the parents decide what will be included in the ceremony. The remaining balance is estimated at $50.00.
FUNDRAISERS: The seniors will have a few opportunities to do group fundraisers. The money collected will be divided evenly to the seniors' accounts that participated. Individual fundraisers are also encouraged.
OUTSTANDING OBLIGATIONS: All debts and obligations should be cleared by Friday, February 28, 2020. If debts are not cleared, you will be pulled from the lineup. To participate in the graduation exercises, all graduates must have cleared outstanding obligations with WFWH.
PRACTICES: There will be a graduation practice on Tuesday, May 26, 2020. Attendance is mandatory. In order to participate in graduation exercises on Sunday, May 31, 2020, graduates must attend the practice session.
• Saturday, March 7, 2020: Seniors will meet at 10:00 A.M. at Redeemer Lutheran Church, 4513 Williams Road, Fort Worth, TX 76116, to be measured for their gown.
• Tuesday, May 26, 2020: Graduation practice will begin promptly at 10:00 A.M. at Southside Preservation Hall, 1519 Lipscomb Street, Fort Worth, TX 76104. Graduates should report to the ballroom no later than 8:55 A.M. Practice will last until 10:00.
• Sunday, May 31. 2020: Graduation will take place at 2:30 P.M. Students must report to the small room near the ballroom no later than 2:00 P.M.
